He received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the Villanova School of Law at Villanova University, where he was a member of the law review. Mr. Graham has led exhaustive research into the issue of corporate veil piercing and asset protection and is a nationally recognized authority on the subject. Jensen - President and CEO Director Rees U. Jensen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CMI. Mr. Jensen received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Utah. He received his master’s of business administration degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to forming CMI, Mr. Jensen was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting in San Francisco, California. He played a leadership role in the post-merger integration of Hewlett-Packard Company and Compaq Computer. Mr. Jensen has 15 years of experience in strategy, operations, and technology with high-tech manufacturers such as Microsoft, Intel, Apple Computer, Lockheed Martin, and Sun Microsystems. | | | Devin H. Cox - Founder, VP of Development Director Devin H. Cox began his career in 1991 as Sales & Marketing director for the intermountain branch of First Image Management Company, the nation's largest producer of micrographic storage services. In 1994 Mr. Cox formed FutureVision Technologies, a document imaging and data processing service bureau with clients across the United States. As a CMI founder, Mr. Cox led the development of the advanced document imaging and storage capabilities that lie at the heart of the Bulletproof Veil service. He has also founded start-up companies in the professional services and building industries. Mr. Cox received his bachelor's degree in communications & marketing from the University of Utah. | | | Linda Gee - CFO & Controller Linda Gee is CMI’s Corporate Controller. Ms. Gee has over 16 years experience in the financial services industry where she has been successful in the management of training, quality, communication and customer service. McCleve - Director of Marketing Michael R. McCleve is CMI's Director of Marketing. His career started in higher education administration, where he managed multi-million dollar budgets, programs, and events. He earned a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in philosophy in 1987 and completed his master of science in education at Indiana University in 1990. Mr. McCleve is an award-winning trainer and presenter with experience in both marketing and operations in the professional training industry with an emphasis on health care providers. | | | Bradley K. Graham - Chief Financial Officer Bradley K. Graham is CMI's Chief Financial Officer. He is experienced in accounting framework and design, financial modeling, and tax consulting. Mr. Graham received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. He joined Ernst & Whinney's audit department, where he earned his CPA license. Before joining CMI, Mr. Graham was CFO and Controller of Diversified Business and Accounting Services, a privately held conglomerate with over 300 U.S. offices. | | | Hollie Hancock - Director of Client Relations Hollie Hancock is CMI's Director of Client Relations. She is responsible for day-to-day operations of the customer support function and making sure Bulletproof Veil clients receive top-quality service. She holds a bachelor's degree in social and behavioral sciences from the University of Utah and will soon graduate with a master's degree in mental health counseling from the University of Phoenix.
