Enrollment Agreement

I want to enroll my company(s) in Bulletproof Veil™ a service of CMI, Inc. and I agree to the following provisions:

1. I understand that the term of this Agreement is for one year from the date of enrollment and may be renewed annually on or before the anniversary of the enrollment date.

2. I understand that a fee is charged for the Service as either a lump-sum annual advance payment or automated monthly payments. I agree to pay that fee prior to receiving the Service. I further agree that if I elect automated monthly payments and choose to cancel the Service within the first 120 days following initial enrollment, I will pay a cancellation fee equal to 4 month’s payments less any payments already made.

3. I understand that if I allow my Bulletproof Veil™ enrollment to lapse, I will lose access rights to Bulletproof Veil™ services and records until my account is brought current.

4. I understand that Bulletproof Veil’s responsibilities are to provide my company:

a. An initial corporate veil audit and review
b. A personal account executive
c. The right to contact and work with my account executive without limit throughout the term of my enrollment
d. Access to secure client web site and digital document repository (www.bulletproofveil.com)
e. Organization and facilitation of company meetings for my enrolled business entity(s)
f. Monthly newsletter for education on business compliance issues and other issue-specific reference information provided as needed by Bulletproof Veil™
g. Access to the online Reference Library and Bulletproof Veil document templates
h. Online and searchable archive of my company's documents and any other documents I choose to have maintained in the Bulletproof Veil™ secure digital repository
i. Ongoing reviews and monitoring of my company to assess compliance status
j. Documentary support to me or my legal counsel in defending veil-piercing claims against my company and me

5. I understand that Bulletproof Veil is an administrative and best business practices service and does not constitute legal advice. I understand that if I have legal needs, I may ask Bulletproof Veil for a referral to competent legal counsel or contact legal counsel of my choice.

6. I understand that my participation is necessary for the performance of Bulletproof Veil™ services. I acknowledge that keeping my company's veil strong is ultimately my responsibility and that Bulletproof Veil will assist me in doing so by advising me of best practice standards of business entity behavior.

7. I understand that my responsibilities are to:

a. Communicate with my Bulletproof Veil account executive
b. Perform Bulletproof Veil recommended tasks
c. Provide business documents requested by account executive
d. Read and implement counsel given in monthly newsletters and other communications
e. Participate in the initial veil review, company meetings and ongoing reviews

8. I agree to waive any claims against CMI and to hold it harmless if my business entity is pierced, provided CMI has fulfilled its responsibilities as provided in this Enrollment Agreement.
